  Bijumon Joseph

  Home Manager

  As a registered Nurse, Bijumon has gained over 20 years’ experience in providing care and support for elderly people and people living with dementia, to enrich their lives. He is a dedicated and innovative leader who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standards in care and quality of life for residents. Bijumon is an Award winner (national and international) – Rotary international (1996), National elderly care nurse (2008), national dementia care award (2013) and British Journal of Nursing award (2014).

  Bijumon joined Marigold Nursing Home as a Home Manager because he shared Memory Lane’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every resident. He uses his extensive knowledge and experience to motivate his team to deliver care and support to residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.

  Bijumon also works hard to arrange events and activities with nearby schools and support groups and is keen to include local community in life at Marigold.

  When asked what he enjoys most about his role, Bijumon remarked” I love spending time with residents, doing effective research and starting new initiatives at the home”

  Outside work, Bijumon enjoys a range of hobbies including travel, cricket and watching filim.
